Mr. Lalit Kumar is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Firm and has been pioneer for developing the firm into one the reputed litigation and corporate law firms in India. Mr. Lalit Kumar has been widely recognized and acknowledged over the years by clients, corporate houses and institutions for his skills in resolving several complex matters. He started his legal practice in 2006 and is very well regarded amongst the counsels for his dynamic and aggressive approach. Mr. Kumar is having a vast experience of 16 years and specialises in Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, Bankruptcy & Insolvency, Civil & Criminal matters. He regularly appears before various judicial fora across the country, including the Supreme Court of India, High Courts and the NCLT, NCLAT, CAT, DRT, DRAT, Competition Tribunal, Competition Appellate Tribunal and Arbitration Tribunals. Mr. Kumar advises several leading corporate and financial institutions on infrastructure projects, structured lending, debt restructuring, creation of stressed asset platforms and recovery of loans and investments. He is the member of Delhi High Court Bar Associations and Delhi Bar Association.
Mr. Lokesh Choudhary is one the senior most and experience attorney of the firm and represented the firm in several leading cases before Supreme Court of India. Since becoming AOR in Supreme Court Mr. Choudhary appeared in several landmark cases and successfully got the judgment in favour of the Clients of the Firm. He is having a vast experience of 17 years and specializes in Constitutional Matters, Corporate, IPR and Competition/Antitrust. He enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2005 and is also a member of the Supreme Court Bar and Delhi High Court Bar Associations.
Mr. Ajay Jaiswal is a seasoned lawyer with litigation, corporate and IPR practice of over 17 years. He has obtained his law degree from one the prestigious law college of the country Government Law College, Mumbai. He also holds the Master’s Degree in Criminology, Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights, Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights in Cyber law and Information Technology & Masters in Arts and Public Administration. He dealing in Civil, Criminal, Matrimonial, Arbitration, Testamentary matters, Human Right, Consumer Protection Rights and Cooperative Societies matters, Charity Commissioner, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal and SRA, MHADA, MCGM etc. Mr. Jaiswal is the leading face of the firm in Mumbai and Goa. He is also a visiting professor in “Advocate Balasaheb Apte College of Law, Dadar, Mumbai”. He is the member of Bombay High Court Bar Associations.
Mr. Manoj Kumar is one of the senior and highly experienced associates of the Firm. Mr. Kumar holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Law from CCS University and currently pursuing PHD in Criminal Law from CCS University. Mr. Kumar has a vast experience of 17 years of handling Criminal, Civil matters across the various District and High Courts. Mr. Manoj Kumar has exceptional strengths and is well verse both in the substantial and procedural aspects with respect to Civil, Criminal and Service Matters. Ms. Manoj Kumar is one the pillars of strength of the firm since the very inception. He has been associated with DLSA for long time and providing Pro-Bono Services to several needy and aggrieved persons unable to hire an advocate of their choice due to financial constrained. He is the member of Delhi High Court Bar Associations, Delhi Bar Association, Rohini Bar Association and KKD Bar Association.
Mr. Pramendra Kumar having glorious professional experience which spans over 13 years with specialization in criminal law, Civil law, Banking and Insurance laws. He represented several reputed clients in criminal litigation in various Courts and Forums. Mr. Pramendra Kumar successfully handled a broad range of commercial and business disputes involving every facet of litigation procedure. He has provided services in matters relating to bank/financial institutions fraud & forgery, violation of intellectual property rights /cyber laws, piracy, imitation, dishonor of cheques, criminal breach of trust, FEMA violation, narcotics and drugs violations, custom & excise laws, general criminal laws namely bails, trial, evidence, suspension of sentence, appeals, revisions, quashing of FIR and criminal writs. Mr. Sanoj Malik has vast experience of handling variety of Civil, Criminal and matrimonial matters in High Court and various trial courts. Mr. Malik has handled core litigation involving commercial land/ properties, family disputes, and criminal matters. He has gathered ample experience over the years and is the face of trial courts for the firm including leading various cross-examinations in highly contested and complicated criminal proceedings. His expertise-ness and skills have also been recognized by the BCD and co-opted him as a member of its Reform Committee on 01.12.2021. He is the member of Delhi Bar Association, Rohini Bar Association, and KKD Bar Association.
Mr. Rishi Pal Teotia is one the senior most and seasonal attorney of the firm and represented the firm in several leading cases related to Banking, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Proceedings, Real Estate, Construction, Criminal and Civil Matters before various High Courts, District Courts and Tribunals. He has an exceptional track of resolving the cases and having the judgments/orders in favour of our clients within a short span of time. Mr. Teotia is recognized as one the talented, hardworking and honest member of the firm. Presently Mr. Teotia is representing PNB, Canara Bank, NHAI and NABARD (District Board Bsr.) in U.P. Zone. He is the member of Delhi High Court Bar Associations, Delhi Bar Association, and KKD Bar Association.
